Founded in 2013, Believe Africa Volunteers was born out of a shared vision to bridge the gap between global volunteers and local communities. Loitokitok, located at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, is home to the Maasai people, known for their rich cultural heritage, strong traditions, and connection to the land. While the region offers immense beauty and cultural wealth, it also faces challenges related to education, healthcare access, environmental degradation, and community development.

With a commitment to creating sustainable and impactful solutions, our organisation began offering volunteer placement opportunities that allow individuals from around the world to contribute their time, skills, and expertise to the local community. We work closely with schools, healthcare facilities, conservation projects, and local organisations to ensure that volunteer efforts are aligned with community needs and contribute to long-term change.
